Kildare GAA are delighted to announce that Jack O’Connor has been ratified as the new Kildare Senior Football Manager  for a three year term.

Ross Glavin (Moorefield) & Tom Cribbin (Clane) were confirmed as his selectors at last night’s County Board Meeting (Tuesday 3rd September).

The management team bring a wealth of experience to the senior team set up.

Jack O’Connor has won three All-Ireland Senior titles, two All-Ireland U21 titles, two All-Ireland Minor titles, three All-Ireland Vocational Schools & one All-Ireland Colleges Hogan Cup. He has also won three National Football League titles as well as numerous Munster titles at all age grades.

Ross Glavin the current manager of the Moorefield Senior Football team previously managed Ballyteague before taking over as Moorefield manager in 2017, he was won back to back Senior Football Championships with the team & also guided them to win their second Leinster Club Senior Championship in 2017.

Tom Cribbin was a  member of the backroom team in 2019 & will continue this role with Jack O’Connor. Tom has previous inter-county experience having managed Laois, Offaly and Westmeath. He was also previously involved with Kildare Minor & Under 21 Football teams.

Kildare GAA would like to wish Jack, Ross & Tom the best of luck in their new roles.
