Another massive weekend ahead on the playing fields. The concluding group matches of the Tom Cross Transport JFC will decided tonight. The knock-out stages of both the Joe Mallon Renault SFC & The Auld Shebeen IFC along with Relegation Finals are also down for decision. The CCC are currently inviting entries to the Inaugural U23 Football & Hurling Championship/Competitions for 2021. Clubs intending to partake are asked to contact the CCC by next Friday 8th

Congratulations to Naas (Div1), Sallins (Div2) & Broadford (Div3) who claimed 2021 Future Ticketing Minor Hurling League trophies on Wednesday night. The standard of hurling in all fixtures was a joy to behold.

Camán Chill Dara 2021 Poc Fada will take place on Saturday 9th October in the McDonagh pitches of the Curragh Camp. There will be 5 competitions on the day. To register a place in any of the events please contact Colm Nolan, John Doran or Martina Donnelly.

The resumption of second-level schools GAA matches is a heartening return to some semblance of normality after a year without what’s always been an important rite of passage for sporting students. The Kildare GAA second-level schools committee led by Chair Larry Curtin are currently putting plans in place with all our schools. Watch this space for further updates!!

The GAA Healthy Club Project is once more partnering with Irish Life to encourage club members this October to participate in a wellbeing challenge via the MyLife App that has the potential to raise €10,000 for Samaritans Ireland.
