The annual Poc Fada competition will take place this year on September 28th on the Defence Forces GAA pitch on the Curragh. We will also be having a Family Fun Day running alongside the main event.
Poc Fada Categories are
Senior Men
Senior Ladies
Under 16 Boys
Under 16 Girls
The Senior Men will compete for the Gearóid Ó Tíarnáin Perpetual Trophy.
The Family Fun Day will include:
Hurley making/repairing,
· Coaching session by Kildare Senior Hurlers,
· Beat the keeper,
· Cross bar challenge,
· Whack a mole,
· Target practice,
· Skills challenges
