Announced as Kildare G.A.A.’s Irish language Ambassador for 2022
Kildare All Star Hurler Niall Ó Muineacháin was today announced as the Kildare G.A.A. Irish Language Ambassadóir at Páirc Naomh Connladh.
The Irish Language has always been an integral part of Niall’s life, it has been his first language and he speaks Gaeilge on a daily basis. He is a múinteoir Gaeilge and Oifigeach Gaeilge.
“I really look forward to this role which will include supporting Irish Language schemes and events like the Kildare Cúl Camp as Gaeilge, supporting the County Boards Gaeltacht Grant Scheme, Fondíurecht Seosaimh Mhic Donncha and various media and social media campaign’s”.
Oifigeach Cultíur/Gaeilge Séamus Ó Mídheach welcomed the appointment. I am delighted to announce Niall O Muineacháin as Ambasadóir Gaeilge Chill Dara.
We at Kildare GAA wish Niall all the best for year ahead as the Irish Language Ambasadóir.
Niall will be supporting and helping GAA Irish Language schemes and events. The Kildare Gaeilge Cúl Camp and supporting Gaeltacht Grants for Club Members supporting the Fondíureacht Seosamh Mhic Donncha.
