MyMind has developed this short series of webinars hosted by our therapists to offer help and support to people who are struggling on a daily basis with the realities of the Covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 has presented a range of problems in daily living which have led to increased challenges to people’s mental health.
This is the first in the MyMind Spring 2021 Webinar series and will provide tips and practical suggestions for Meditation and Mindfulness as Daily Practice.
MyMind therapist Szilvia Lovas will give us some useful insights into how we can best build meditation and mindfulness into our daily lives. Szilvia will show us that this is not a magical or unattainable thing but can actually provide real and practical results as we try to manage our stresses and anxieties, which may have become more pronounced during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
There will be a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
