Thursday 11th May 2023: Kildare GAA and Life Credit Union are delighted to announce their new Coiste na nÓg sponsorship agreement. This arrangement will be for a duration of three years. The partnership is built on the shared values of both parties of community and respect. Life Credit Union sponsorship of Coiste na nÓg will support both codes, hurling and football from U12 to U17 years of age.
With over 37,000 active members Life CU is centred around their members. The name Life CU may be quite new, but they have been around since 1968, so their financial expertise has been built over more than 50 years. From a humble beginning in one room in Naas Town Hall, they have gone from strength to strength, now offering their members service 24/7 through their digital and online offering and face-to-face through a network of 4 branches across Naas, Monread, Newbridge and Maynooth.
Speaking about the announcement, Aidan Dunning Chair of Life Credit Union said ; “We are incredibly proud to begin this journey with Kildare GAA and the Coiste na nÓg. Our Life CU branches are located in the heart of the community, and we have many parents and players among our members. The opportunity to support the development of these young players is a privilege and we look forward to seeing them grow and develop to their full potential”

Such an investment will support us as a county in ensuring these age groups continue to enjoy, continuous development of their skills, and are retained within out clubs for years to come.
