Etex Ireland, (Formerly Tegral Building Products)

Etex Ireland, the home of Cedral are pleased to announce a partnership once again with Kildare GAA, for the naming rights for Cedral St. Conleth’s Park, Newbridge, Co. Kildare.

The company formerly known as Tegral has been at the heart of homes and businesses across Ireland since 1936. An exciting time for the company, they look forward to presenting their new look and having the opportunity to connect again with local community, GAA and more from across Ireland again.

Etex Ireland as a company has been part of the global building materials group Etex since 1988 and has moved towards a change which saw it launch four new commercial brands, each dedicated and committed to a key sector. In the case of its exterior products and services, that brand is Cedral.

After almost 90 years in Ireland, the company has gained a lot of experience and understanding. Being the sole supplier of both metal and fibre cement products, guarantees that it can supply you with what best fits your needs, growing with you towards a sustainable future.

John Bradley, Country Manager Etex Ireland, said: “Having had a wonderful relationship with Kildare GAA in the past being their main sponsor for many years as Tegral Building Products, it is very exciting for us to be part of the GAA community once again under our new umbrella Cedral.  We are proud to be part of this exciting time for Kildare GAA and look forward to the future. “

Mick Gorman, Chairperson of Kildare GAA remarked that “This is an exciting development for both Kildare GAA and Cedral Etex Ireland. It re-establishes an earlier and longstanding relationship of approximately twenty years between Kildare GAA and the building products business formerly known as Tegral, now called Cedral.

We look forward to a long and fruitful partnership with Cedral, as we announce the re-naming of our County Grounds, which will in future be called ‘Cedral St. Conleth’s Park’.

This news adds to the sense of forward momentum which has been manifest within Kildare GAA for some time now. We are still savouring our Under-20 footballers’ recent All-Ireland victory, work is continuing on the upgrading of our facilities at Manguard Plus Hawkfield, while we look forward to the opening of our re-developed county grounds, Cedral St. Conleth’s Park in 2024.”
